Posted by soconfused31

I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend two weeks and 1 week before my period. My period came on time but wasnt the same as normal i didnt have as much bleeding but had horrible cramps.... Also before my period came i was way more sensitive to smells and am still getting very nauseous through out the whole day.. basically all i would like to know is if its still possible to be pregnant?? Also i took a prenancy test the day before my period came and it was negative...

When a woman is pregnant she will usually have missed periods or really scant periods. If you've gotten your normal period then you're probably not pregnant since the the embryo would have been implanted into uterine wall. However, even missed or scant periods are not necessarily indicative of pregnancy since they can be cause by a number of outside factors (like stress, travel, etc). If you've taken a pregancy test, and you took it correctly, the chance of it being wrong is low. You can always take another test to make you more confident, or you can talk to your doctor and they'll be able to shed more light on the subject.
