I went to the doctor and I went because I wanted to know If I was pregnant but come to find out I was not so the doctor gave me some prenatal vitamins and I just wanted to know if those can help me conceive a baby.
They do not necessarily help you get pregnant, but they help prepare your body to have a healthy pregnancy. The vitamins are designed to help you and the baby to be as healthy as possible, and to make your body more hospitable to a pregnancy. However, they don't help you actually conceive a child.
