Can I still be pregnant? Where would you recommend I go to seek help and won't be denied an ultrasound referral?

I took a pregnancy test at home, it came out negative. I went to a doctor and took one at the office and still came out negative. Therefore, I was denied an ultrasound referral. I get my period every month. I get contrations, I feel the baby moving all the time and I can actually see it move. My abdominal region is extremely hard and so is my belly.
