Conception will usually occur 7-12 days from the last day of full flow. If you are fertile during this time and have intercourse in the three days prior to, day of or day after ovulation then your chances of pregnancy are high.

It should also be noted that even a fully healthy couple with no known issues to bar conception and good timing only have approx a 25% chance of conception per cycle.
