Can i conceive at age 42 years?

I conceived at age 42.  I didn't expect to - hadn't been having rgular periods, and thought I might be pre-menopausal.  Talk about a surprise - but in the end, a welcome one :-)
As a woman gets older it becomes more difficult to conceive, but you could still have the ability to conceive. You should talk to your doctor/a fertility specialist to see what you need to increase your chances of conceivin,g and what your options are if you can't conceive naturally. Good luck!
