It wont effect you to get pregnant but will effect when it comes to delivering the baby. My gf has a small cervix and she was unable to have a vaginal birth both times because of it. She only dilated to 1 cm and had to have C-Sections both times cause of a risk of the baby getting stuck. So if you get pregnant with a small cervix I recommend getting a C-Section done to avoid any problems.
