That's morning sickness for all that are wondering. Which I will be renaming ADNS (all day and night sickness).
So I'm pretty much at the point of non-functional because of the ADNS. So I am soliciting recommendations for how to cope. I've tried eating crackers even before getting out of bed. I'm also drinking ginger ale. Despite major food aversions, I'm eating every couple of hours (or more) to make sure the tummy doesn't get empty. I've tried motion sickness bands in other contexts without success, but I haven't tried it for ADNS. I've tried sucking on sour candies. I read somewhere that watermelon was good for ADNS which works out well as it is one of the only foods that sounds appetizing.
Any other suggestions? Nothing I'm doing is really helping so I just end up sleeping a lot so I don't notice how terrible I'm feeling. I like my sleep and all, but I need a more effective solution than sleeping through the entire first trimester. The upside, of course, at least I feel pregnant.
