Caffeine during Pregnancy

Posted Jun 16 2010 5:21am

Studies show that low to moderate caffeine consumption will not really affect the way of getting pregnant. However, doctors recommend that you must curb caffeine altogether if you are really having a hard time conceiving. There is a study whish depicts that caffeine constricts blood vessels which slows down the blood flow to the uterus, making it harder for an egg to grab hold.

If you decide to cut off caffeine intake, do it gradually as it may cause nasty headaches if you eliminate caffeine at once.
