Brown Stringy Discharge ?

I am 22 and have been on OCPs (YAZ) consistiantly for 4 months with no previous complications. I have recently experienced some brown stringy discharge, very clotty looking (sorry to be so descriptive). I have not missed any pills, and had intercourse 2 times without a condom (he pulled out prior to ejaculating, and yes i know that pre-ejactulation fluid does contain sperm), but was still on OCPs. I had intercourse on 10/5 and began my normal period on 10/13. I have also been on a new weight loss program and have lost about 14 pounds and ive been drinking TONS of water. Could the large amout of water be "flushing" out my system ? or should I be concerned with any further medical problems ? I have never experienced breakthrough bleeding or any thing like this before. HELP...im scared !!
