no there isn't anything you can do to control a baby's heart rate as far as I know. Did the doctor show concern over the rate?
If not then I'd say to try not to worry about it (even though I know it is easier said than done)

im 7 weeks an 3 days into my pregnancy an my babies heart rate was only 102 . is that really bad? is there anything i can eat or do different to try an help it get normal?
