The girls LOVE their bath time. We call them little penguins because they wave their arms around and splash like crazy. For that reason, we recently had to move the infant tub into the big tub because they were flooding the bathroom floor every time I bathed them with the infant tub on the counter. Tonight, Bjorn was home to shoot some footage of Amaya's bath time cuteness:
Aside from bath time, the girls have been a little less than cute over the last few days. Their RSV shots must have really bugged them this time, because the 36 hours after the shots were a total nightmare. As in up a gazillion times a night and screaming babies during the day. We had to let Liana sleep without her helmet in her swing, and even so neither of us got much sleep. And I forgot what those days where like where all you could do is tell yourself that they'll have to stop screaming SOME time. And even now, 4 days after the shots, they're still super cranky and not sleeping well - again! Deep sigh. It didn't help that Liana's swing died - we've now worn out the motor of 2 swings! We've let Liana nap in Amaya's swing and Amaya in the back-up one, but neither are happy with the arrangement. I can't wait for the replacement motor to get here!
All this exhaustion is all the more reason to soak up those total cuteness moments, like Amaya in the tub today :) So enjoy!
