it isn't so much side effects coming off your birth control but rather your body readjusting to its own hormones. Some women adjust right away and get pregnant their first cycle trying while others it takes 6-12 months.

I was on the pill for 7 months. I am 20 years old. About a month ago I went off the pill and my husband and I decided to start trying for a baby. Right after I got off we started trying. Now I am feeling what I think are pregnancy symptoms... Could these truly be a sign that I might be pregnant or are these just side effects from going off of my birth control?
