Am i pregnant,i start spotting 5 days after my period ended.I have been having lower back pain,cramps an headaches

Some people say it is a hormone imbalance an other say it is that i am pregnant.My next period is only suppose to be here next month is it to soon to find out.

I had cramps and was spotting for 4 days and on the 5th peroid but not heavy I was so excited i thought i was pregnant :(  And i've been having these cramps for 11 days now and light headaches
