im 38 weeks & 4 days today Monday my OB said i was 1cm dilated & 80% effaced . this morning i woke up with pain in my left side of my lower abdomen only that felt sort of like menstrual cramping or like i had pulled a muscle but a lil worse . & has been going on ever since 9 a.m. off & on ... i was just curious what this could be ? could it be early labor or something else ?
