Hi Serenity,

While it's always a possibility that you are pregnant and you should rule that out before embarking on any medical treatment. You should also see your doctor to make sure that it is not something more serious such as an STD or Bacterial Vaginosis.

But either way, it is NOT NORMAL that you should get vaginal infections and/or thrush- especially if you get it regularly.

Vag. Infections and thrush are yeast overgrowth infections that signal that your body has allowed yeast to overgrow your "good bacteria" in your digestive tract.

This is a serious problem. Your body is trying to tell you that something's gotta change.

You need to take a serious look at your diet, your stress levels, how much you exercise, prescription drug use, etc.

In my practice, I find that the vast majority of people with chronic yeast infections/thrush are gluten intolerant and would be well served to eliminate this common allergen (really not an allergy, but an an autoimmune process) out of their diet. An overabundance of simple sugars and not enough fermented, cultured foods is another problem.

Serenity, these problems are usually combination problems that are  a result of many years of not being great to your body. I hope that you are listening to the message and change things NOW, because the immune system problems that you are having NOW can later become bigger problems such as autioimmune diseases, diabetes, etc.
