In the past day or so Ive been having pretty bad period like cramping in my lower abdominal along with severe diarrhea. Also, my legs have started to hurt... they feel very heavy like logs. The period like cramps come and go but they are very painful and when they hit ther peek my breathing gets very heavy. I am scared because I dont know if this is normal or not this is my first pregnancy .. Does anyone have any answers??
