im 33 weeks and 4 day pregnant today and been told im at high rises of having a prem baby last appiontment he was 2/5 engages been having alot of pains in my lower stomact and my back for 4 days and sharp pains going through me, i seem to want to go for a poo alot more and i feels very acky too any ideas what i should do or what happening
