11. Complete 200 Sit Up Challenge.


Some weeks were easy. Some weeks were very hard. But I did it, in about 8 weeks instead of 6.

I started out only able to do 39 sit ups and now I can do 200 without stopping. See my complete progress here.

I plan on continuing to do 200 sit ups 3 times a week and I am now going to attempt to complete the 200 Squats Challenge.
