I love to cook and eat healthy foods.  It is so fun to learn about new foods and creative ways to prepare them on other foodie's blogs. I have the most wonderful and supportive husband! We have three cats that mean the world to us.  I am curretly on a weight loss journey.  Along the way I am learning more about myself than I ever knew before.
