Sorry for the delay -- goes to show you that when you have too many websites to keep up with, you lose track of some. All is going well, haven't been doing much to reduce my weight that's for sure. I guess lack of motivation will do some crazy stuff to people. I'm not giving up because I really do want to get down into the 190s.
