Glad to hear you are doing better, doctors and nutritionists are not all that expensive and a great resource since they will be able to sit down with you to go over the healthiest options for you. Good luck!
Maybe you should meet with a nutritionist to make sure you are doing the right things? I've realized it's not so much the number on the scale as it is how I am treating my body. You may be not eating enough if you are exercising a lot. I know for myself I'm trying to change the mentality from 'lose weight' to be healthy.
I eat at least three times a day, most of the time more, I make sure I'm getting enough calories (around 1400) and fiber (between 25-35 grams) and protein (60-100 grams). Also that I'm eating at least 5 servings of fruit. This way my focus isn't on losing weight so much as it is about giving my body what it needs!
