I'm John and I'm an alcoholic. I quit drinking for almost 2 years, and in the summer of 2009, began "easing" my way back into my old habits. In Feb 2010 I admitted myself into an intensive outpatient treatment program. As of  2-19-2010 I will have been sober for 1 week. I realize now that I need help, and that it IS NOT POSSIBLE for me to do it alone.
