Try Pilates!

I've been going to a Pilates class for 6 months now and it makes a HUGE difference. It basically strengthens your core and gets your back in alignment, so that everything else you do physically feels better and easier. My back used to hurt when I ran, and it's been feeling a lot better. And it doesn't hurt my figure either ;-)

hi. im now just starting it back up again. i too use the gym and ran, much to hard on my knees, expecially as im getting older. I find Pilates, easier, but the resuls are better and faster, what a great exercise, everyone should do this...
