An infomercial for Winsor Pilates caught my eye several months ago, and unlike some such purchases I've made on a whim in tha past, I was happy I did this. It was a set of DVDs with came with a Pilates "sculpting ball." The ball adds support in a pilates routine when you need it, and a challenge when you need it too. Definitely something that pilates fans might want to consider for a fresh new addition to their routines.
