Number #5 Butt Exercise: The Yoga tree. This exercise is great for strengthening legs and buttocks, and increase your energy.
Stand up keeping your back straight, the abdomen inside, bend your legs keepign your feet firm on the floor. Open your arms with your palms bent inside as embracing a tree.
Hold this position for 30 seconds and repeat 3 times.
Number #6 Butt Exercise: Torsion exercise. Strecth one leg and bring it forward and bend your leg and and keep the leg behind totally stretched. Bend the arm thta corresponds to the bent leg and place your hand on your waist. With the other arm touch the floor to give support.
Twist your upper body to the maximum possible. Keep the abdomen inside and put your chest next to your knee.This exercise allow you to stretch your body and strengthen your legs and back at the same time.
Hold this position for 20 seconds and repeat with the other leg.
