The good news is that you don't need a lot of money to be able to do pilates! I recommend going to your local library and getting some pilates books and DVDs! They have a ton of great information! From a quick goolge search, I came across this website which has lots of videos and pilates workouts that you can customize to fit your needs:
You can always invest in DVDs from your local bookstore about pilates which is still cheaper than incesting in classes at a gym.
I do recommend visiting at least 1 or 2 of the classes at a gym in the beginning in order to make sure you are doing the moves correctly so you don't injure yourself.
Hope all that helps! Let me know if you need anything else!
There are a ton of online sources of classes. Pilatesanytime.com is wonderful and I personally offer several free videos on my youtube channel. Definitely take the time and money to go to a few classes to make sure your form is correct. The last thing you want to do is injure yourself and never return to the method. Pilates will change you life, but form is crucial.
