Just 27 days until Flat Belly Pilates arrives in Jamaica! To help you prepare for your summer vacation, here's an exercise to help you stay in shape between pilates session. This exercise is great for the rectus abdominus and obliques.

Cherrypicker Crunches
Begin by lying on your back. Bring your knees to your chest. Place one hand on top of the other behind your head. Lift your head and shoulders off the mat. Lift both legs up towards the ceiling. Crunch up and reach your right hand towards your left foot. Switch. Reach your left hand towards your right foot. Continue to switch. Perform 3 sets of 10-15 repetitions.
