I have used Retin-A for the past year (before bed) along with a cream cleanser (Cerave) and regimen including clindamyacin and bezoyl peroxide creams (Morning) as well as doxycycline and ketoconazol pills, with fantastic results. My dermatologist also offered microdermabrasion and chemical peels to supplement. The Retin-A definetly took a lot of my scars away too, and smoothed my skin a great deal. Good luck!

Have been using this cream for just on 4 months for acne and must say not noticing much difference at all.
