The doctor did the Perez-Teuffer technique on my foot, because this is my second rupture. The first one was on on Feb 22. During the rehab period, I fell again and had a the second rupture.
The therapist says she cannot work on my ancle, because the tendon has not completely heal, and stretches could damage it.
I can walk now (Limping). And before I went to the therapist, I had been doing strong stretches on my ankle. It would be convenien to keep doing stretches to recover the movement or should I wait? (I don´t want to wait more than the needed time).
