hurt my heel

Last year I went down the water slide, when I reached the bottom of the cement pool my heels were forced into the ground. I had some bruising and pain around the back of my heel. An ex-ray and a year later the pain hasn't gone away especially when I walk, it feels like pulling and tearing. Ex-ray came back fine but I really feel like there is something wrong. What could it be?
