from a neck injury. I am constantly dizzy and food makes me nauseated Why?.

I was injured at work years ago(neck) no recovery . 15 years later I now I am dizzy all the time and whatever i eat makes me nauseated. My disk in my neck that are colasped are c2,c5,& c7. I am wondering if I have a pinched nerve.
