Does tingling in foot when touched mean that nerves are regenerating? Prognosis?

Posted by kimmer

I have had numerous surgeries o my leg due to a tib/fib fracture and consequent infection debridement. I currently have very limited movement in my ankle and am 20 degrees from neutral with impaired dorsi and plantar flexion. I am receiving physio therapy. My nerves have been impaired from the trauma of surgeries but I can move my toes. I have partial feeling in my foot with tingling when touched. Can you venture a guess on my potential prognosis?
