Any suggestions for plantar fasciitis?

As thrilled as I am to be a breast cancer survivor on of the goodies I've developed is plantar fasciitis. The theory is that is was brought on by meds as it appeares bilaterally about a month after starting Femara. I had seen a podiatrist and have orthotics but have not seen much improvement.

 Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
