I sprain my ankle 3 weeks ago,2nd grade sprain and a hairline crack as well.My cast was off 4 days back.How long more will it take for me to heal?
I've been asked to do some excercise in hot water for the motion of my ankle.Should i also stick to R.I.C.E?
