where can i find a vet who does non-anesthesia teeth cleaning for cats and dogs in chicago

The website for the American Holistic Veterinary Medical Asso might provide helpful , although I imagine whether any vet would do that depends on the amount of tarter on the animals' teeth. If there's a lot or any signs of gum disease, I doubt any vet would do it without anesthesia because doing so would be painful and inhumane. If there's not a lot, you might be able to clean them with a change in diet, then daily brushing thereafter to keep them clean.
