What cat illnesses are rapid breathing and repeated mal-seizures a symptom of? What can be done immediately?

See the above. Continuous rapid breathing. Full-body seizures. Kitten hasn't eaten in three days. Was at a stranger's house when this happened. What can I do is the big questions

What you can do is get the kitten to a veterinarian asap. As far as the cause, it could be anything from an overwhelming infection to something toxic the kitten got into. However the most important thing is to get animal stabilized first.
