It sounds like your dog has been exhibiting some type of a systemic (all over) allergic reaction to something he either ate or breathed in, or came into contact with in his environment. If this continues for longer than a day, he really should be examined by your veterinarian.

He has had diarrhea for a couple of days, but today his ear flaps are swollen and there is a rash all over his belly and inside of his legs (where I can see skin). I have given him 25 mg of benadryl.
Other than those symptoms mentioned above, he is behaving normally. Appetite is still there and he is peppy, not acting sick at all!
