First of all, you don't know for sure that this is happening due to an infection or, if it is, then what type of infection. Indiscriminate use of antibiotics has been a major factor in the development of antibiotic-resistant infections.
Getting a proper diagnosis for the cause of the lymph node swellings would be the better way to go.

Our dog has swollen lymph nodes in her neck. We would like to trial antibiotics to eliminate infection. What would you recommend?
