QUESTION:

my dogs nose became crusty and brownish in color on the top, after about a week it spread a little down the sides by the nostrils, pink depigmentation appeared arount the nostrils, top and bottom lip. then I noticed a scab by his left bottom eyelid. Now the blisters have spread to his genital area. The top of his nose is extremely crusty, sides so far just have pink reddish depigmentation.

ANSWER

Dear,

Check for mange, demodicosis, dermatophytosis (Microsporum and Trichophyton) and Malassezia deramatitis, check the allergy status. The change is not typical, so you must visit your vet for examination.

Best wishes
