I hate to make generalizations without more information, but the combination of a bloated abdomen and diarrhea in a puppy makes you think of roundworms as a possible culprit. There could, of course, be other explanations...but you should have your puppy examined soon and a stool specimen checked for intestinal parasites (worms).

he has really bad dierhea and a very bloated tummy he has been going toilets lots and carnt seem to hold it.please help
