You didn't say how long you have had this Bulldog or how old he is. If you've had him for awhile, you would know whether this particular behavior is normal for him or not. As you are most likely aware, Bulldogs have their own group of respiratory difficulties and some of those they just have to live with. However, there are some things that can be done, either medically or surgically, to help correct the difficulties that are significant.
