My dogs ears and paws smell . he scratches his ears and licks and chews his paws. What could be wrong?

Sounds like it might be a yeast infection in the ears that spread to the paws... It's pretty common. Visit www.dogearinfectionhelp.com to read more about a possible ear infection in your dog... Lots of info on yeast and bacterial infections in the ears.

I would take him to your vet..or at least call them and describe the symptoms. They'll probably want to see him as if it's an ear infection, it can spread and get much worse. They'll probably put him on an antibiotic. In the meantime, if he's scratching his ears and licks and chews his paws, he's probably in pain so rather than try any home remedies, I would take him to your vet.
