Check her paw thoroughly, parting the toes and checking between them top and bottm for cuts, punctures, foreign bodies, ticks, evidence of stings, etc and treat accordingly. If there's no sign of external trauma, it's possible that she got her foot stuck in something or hit it hard enough to do soft tissue damage or even break a bone or bones in the foot. Re: the latter, treatment would depend of how many bones and which ones.
