Vomiting is one of the most difficult disorders to firmly diagnose, mainly because there are so many different things that can cause vomiting. Vomiting itself is not the disease, but rather a sign of some disease process.
Rather than taking your dog to so many different veterinarians, you should consider staying with just one that you feel comfortable with. In a lot of cases of vomiting, a veterinarian will determine what the next step should be based upon what the response has been to the previous step.
Depending on your dog's age, breed, and past medical history, there are plenty of other diagnostic steps to consider...X-rays, other blood work, exploratory surgery, etc.
Good luck in your pursuit of an answer.
