Since you haven't said exactly where you saw this "white creamy discharge," I am going to guess that it came from her anal glands. Anal gland discharge can be just about any color, from really dark to really light and it has a very strong unpleasant odor.
Some dogs will have a discharge from these glands when just sitting around, while others will cause the discharge when straining to pass a stool. When these anal glands get swollen, they cause the dog some discomfort and the dog will usually slide their rear end on the floor/ground.
You should have your veterinarian clean these glands periodically or learn how to do it yourself.
