Runny noses aren't common signs of allergies in dogs. Check to see whather the discharge is coming from one or both nostrils and how it looks: is it clear or cloudy, what color is it, does it have an odor. It might be that she has an infection or the fluid could be coming from somewhere else. In a dog of this age, it's best to have her checked by your veterinarian.
