I found a lump under my dogs skin on her back and leg..What could it be?

Lump, Hard, grew slowly, multiple, doesn't seem to bother her except when you push on it with force.

If you can get your fingers around these lumps and they are freely movable, they could be lipomas, which are benign fatty growths...very common in dogs as they age.  Sometimes they need to be removed and sometimes, if their growth is slow, they don't need to be removed.
