Meet Jillian Graves, the 5 year-old King Charles of Cindy!  Jillian was adopted from Whiskerville Animal Sanctuary in Texas City! Before finding her forever home, Jillian spent a lot of time at the Pet Palace and wanted to make sure we sent a bark-out to them!  Jillian is the love her mom Cindy's life and is the sweetest dog Cindy has ever met!  I can tell her and Isabella will be great friends!
