4Paws Dog Walk and Fun Fest Coming Saturday, October 22!
Posted Aug 11 2011 1:00am
The Gabriel Institute, a non-profit organization creating new treatments in canine cancer, is holding the 4Paws Dog Walk and Fun Fest Saturday, October 22, from 11-3 at CityCentre. After the dog walk, there will be a dog costume contest, a dog “nail salon” (where folks can have their dog’s nails trimmed for a donation), children’s carnival games, music and magicians, face painting, vendor booths and much more. Proceeds benefit canine cancer research and treatment, and best of all, a major sponsor will match every dollar raised with a donation to MD Anderson’s children’s bone cancer programs.
