Elizabeth is a inspiration to me.  She writes the words that I feel and she says it in a way that is perfect and you feel heard.  You see my daughter also has severe seizure disorder and have met elizabeth in work in Epilepsy.  I know what kind of a person she is and how passionate is about helping our kids with chronic illness.  I love her perspective whether there is a a great message or something bad that has happened to her.  When I read her blog I feel that I'm right in that room.  She is a great writer and I look forward in seeing what she wrote on a weekly basis.

Because she is tireless and funny and writes with eloquence and humor and genuiness about her daughter and the issues she faces.

And because she is beautiful.

Comments: She's a great writer who tells fantastic, comical, and moving stories about her family.
Comments: Elizabeth is smart and articulate with the heart of a poet and a darkly comic soul.
Comments: Elizabeth is simply one of the finest writers I've come a cross in the blogosphere.  Her blog focuses on her disabled daughter Sophie, her family, and their constant struggles with the American health care industry.  If that were all, it would be enough.  But she's honest with herself.  Her intelligence, compassion, and inner beauty shine through because she doesn't hide her flaws.  And did I say, she knows how to write?
Comments: Elizabeth writes from a very personal place that touches the soul.
Congratulations, elizabeth!
